Descripción del empleo.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities: (Include key metrics and estimate the percent of working time that each duty requires)Agenda control in electronic systems such as Outlook.Customer Service.Support in activities of continuous improvement.Manage internal/external manager mail.Book business trips and personal trips for the plant manager.Travel organization including hotel, auto rentals, expenses reports, coordination of agendas, and transfer services.Keep the conference rooms in order.Issuance and control of purchase requisition of the manager.

(Office supplies or services related to the department.Support in administrative matters that are assigned, such as Bosch foundation.Reserve and manage special meals and conference rooms for foreign visitors.Weekly Report sent to AA/EMMonthly Plant Performance ReportSupport in Health Safety and Environment topics, KPI's, reports, meetings, or another administrative matter.

Specific DutiesContribute and effectively use different resources to meet targets on: Safety (incl. environment), Quality, Delivery and Costs, through the elimination of different types of waste.
