Position Objective

n

Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of technical training programs for after-sales teams, ensuring service personnel have the practical skills and technical knowledge needed to perform effectively, particularly in new automotive technologies.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Deliver and support technical training sessions for after-sales and service teams.
- Adapt and maintain training materials in line with current products, technologies, processes, and brand standards.
- Coordinate training schedules, facilities, and logistics across service centers and regions.
- Support the evaluation of training effectiveness through assessments, KPIs, and participant feedback.
- Assist new product and technology launches by supporting the delivery of technical training content (especially EV-related).
- Work closely with After-Sales, Technical, and Product teams to ensure alignment between training and operational needs.
- Support and coordinate with technical trainers or instructors when required.

Requirements

Education

n





- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.

n

Experience

n

- Experience in technical training, technical support, or service operations within the automotive industry.
- Hands-on exposure to after-sales or workshop environments.

n

Technical Knowledge

n

- Automotive technologies, with exposure to Electric Vehicles (EVs) or high-voltage systems.
- Diagnostic processes and troubleshooting.
- Workshop tools, equipment, and service procedures.
- Automotive electrical and electronic systems.

n

Languages

n

- English: Advanced (professional working proficiency).

n
