Work on U.S. construction projects managing job costing and vendor invoices — 100% remote from LATAM.
We’re hiring a Construction Bookkeeper to support the financial operations of one of our U.S.-based construction clients .
In this role, you’ll act as the financial gatekeeper of construction projects , managing the full lifecycle of subcontractor and vendor invoices , and ensuring accurate job costing in QuickBooks .
You’ll work closely with project managers and vendors, playing a key role in maintaining budget accuracy, cost tracking, and financial organization across projects .

What You’ll Do Manage the full lifecycle of vendor and subcontractor invoices
Upload, track, and route invoices for approval using Asana
Map invoice line items to job cost codes in QuickBooks
Maintain accurate project budgets and cost tracking
Process and update change orders in QuickBooks
Follow up with vendors on missing documents, quotes, or corrections
Communicate with subcontractors regarding pricing and documentation
Support project managers with scheduling and coordination tasks
Maintain organized digital files (contracts, invoices, change orders)
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy in financial data and coding
What You’ll Bring Professional English communication skills (written and spoken)
Experience in construction bookkeeping or construction accounting
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (job costing preferred)
Experience with accounts payable and invoice processing
Understanding of construction documents (invoices, change orders, lien waivers, W-9s)
Experience with job costing and cost code mapping
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience supporting project-based environments is a plus
