**Responsibilities**:
**? Generate content (Mainly video)**: Make two to three video content based on the popular video content of TiktokYT shorts and combined with mobile phone exposure messages per month
**(Bonus points**: can appear in videos and have good language organization skills in front of the camera)
**? Build and grow the community**: Organize students from multiple schools to conduct brand activities (Photography competition, new mobile product experience officer, etc.)
**? Competitor benchmarks**: Monitor competitors' content release and communication effects, and generate monthly discovery of competing products' social media actions
**Experience required**:
? College students in Mexico City
? Bachelor's Degree on Marketing, Communication, Advertising, art or related field.
? Work in the Carso office 1-2 days a week(around City Market, Mexico City,



Mexico)
**Skills required**:
? Great Project Management skills, Displaying good multitasking abilities.
? Proficient in written and spoken English?must? and Spanish.
? Have good social media thinking and artistic judgment skills
? Own video production (better including script writing, filming, editing)
? Highly motivated and creative individual.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Good time management and organizational skills.
? Strong communication and presentation skills.
? A team player and ability to work independently.
? Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines.
? Microsoft Office.
