What you will be doingAs an Emerging Business Representative, you will demonstrate persistence and tenacity by prospecting, building customer relationships with tactical-level contacts such as IT Managers, and helping shape customer thinking.You will drive consensus for WWT solutions, support business growth,



and contribute to the organizational strategy of moving toward a services-led model.ResponsibilitiesRespond to incoming client calls and purchase requests from unmanaged clients in North America - profile accordingly.Follow up on and close transactional renewals.Position solutions for client purchase requests and projects by promoting WWT's products and services.Create and manage opportunities in Salesforce.Follow up on quoted products and services.Monitor incoming quote requests from a general inbox for unmanaged clients and respond accordingly.Assist clients in setting up access to WWT's online ordering portal.Drive adoption of the web portal on every call by assisting clients to place orders through "Web Walk-through Demos" and the Procurement POV.Profile and qualify unmanaged clients.Attend trainings and stay current with new products and technologies to properly support client requests.Enhance customer experience (CX) scores through legendary customer service.QualificationsUp to 1 year of previous sales experience in retail or B2C background.College or University degree.Must be open to flexible work hours - you may be assigned to support customers in different time zones and countries (US/Canada).
