If you hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, and have experience managing cloud and on-premise infrastructure environments.

The Challenge

The QA Lead is responsible for leading the overall testing strategy for mobile, web, and backend products. This role ensures product quality through strong manual testing practices while also driving the adoption of test automation.

Key Roles and Responsabilities:

1.Test Strategy & Planning

- Define and own the end-to-end QA strategy for each project.

- Ensure testing aligns with CI/CD and agile sprint goals.

2. Manual Testing Leadership

- Lead functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.

- Ensure traceability between requirements and test coverage.

3. Automation Testing (Hands-On - Leadership)

- Build and maintain automation test suites for web, mobile, and API layers.

- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps or similar tools.

4. Quality Governance & Standards

- Enforce QA processes, standards, and best practices.

- Ensure bugs are documented clearly,



reproducible, and prioritized correctly.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work with product owners to define acceptance criteria (DoD / DoR).

- Coordinate testing with vendors and ensure adherence to SLA/SOW.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and full professional English.

Experience and Skills:

- Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies (functional, UAT, regression, integration).

- Hands-on experience in test automation, including: Selenium / Cypress / Playwright, API automation (Postman, REST Assured, Newman).

- Experience in CI/CD integration (Azure DevOps pipelines preferred).

- Knowledge of performance testing is a plus (JMeter, k6).

- Manage Xray (Jira).

Requirements:

- 6–10 years in QA (manual + automation).

- 2+ years in a lead role or senior QA capacity.

- Experience collaborating with external vendors is a strong plus.

- Experience in cloud-based architecture (AWS or Azure).
