Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Casting Agent based in Benito Juárez, CMX. The Casting Agent will be responsible for identifying and recruiting talent for various productions, conducting auditions, coordinating with directors and producers, managing casting schedules, and handling contracts and negotiations with actors.



This role requires an ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the seamless casting of talent for diverse projects. QualificationsProficient in talent scouting, casting coordination, and audition management Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and contract negotiation Knowledge of casting trends, industry standards, and diverse talent pools Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet project deadlines Experience with database management tools for organizing and tracking auditions Strong organizational and time management skills Familiarity with local and international casting networks is a plus Bachelor's degree in Theater, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field At least 2 years of relevant experience in casting or talent management
