ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Pre‑Sales Demo Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of fullstack engineering and revenue, powering a sales team by owning demo environments that directly influence deal outcomes. Leveraging fullstack expertise across TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS in an agile, entrepreneurial culture, you’ll bridge frontend and backend to shape real business impact. A structured mentorship path toward a Technical Solution Consultant role within 12–24 months makes this opportunity truly unique.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot demo environments to ensure they are up to date and functional.
- Act as the first line of defense for technical issues within demo environments.
- Collaborate with technical teams to build Proof of Concepts and support complex deals.




- Manage and populate realistic datasets for demo environments to support business use cases.

MUST HAVES

- 3+ years of experience in FullStack development with a backend focus.
- Experience with TypeScript (Node.js and React) .
- Experience with REST APIs including consumption and debugging.
- Understanding of deployment processes and CI/CD tools .
- Familiarity with AWS (Cognito, S3, CloudWatch) .
- Experience with data seeding and environment management .
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Problem‑solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.

NICE TO HAVES

- Knowledge of life insurance and annuity domain.
- Experience with Python scripting.
- Experience with CI/CD troubleshooting.
- Experience with PHP.
