Important Company is hiring: B2B Sales Executive – Solar Energy (Solar Panels) Role Objective Develop and close commercial opportunities with business clients (industrial, commercial, retail, etc.) through photovoltaic solar energy solutions focused on cost savings, energy efficiency, and sustainability. Core Competencies 1. Consultative Selling (Advanced Level) Reduction of operating costs (utility bills) Return on Investment (ROI) analysis ESG-driven value propositions 2. Technical–Commercial Understanding Knowledge of how photovoltaic systems operate Familiarity with concepts such as kWh, demand, tariffs, and grid interconnection Understanding of commercial models: PPA, leasing, and direct purchase 3. Strategic Prospecting Experience with outbound sales (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns) CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Ability to identify decision-makers: CFO, Operations Director,
Business Owner 4. Long and Structured Sales Cycle Management Experience managing sales cycles of 3 to 6 months (or longer) Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Consistent and strategic follow-up 5. Financial Acumen ROI, IRR, and payback period calculations Ability to present and defend proposals with finance teams 6. Credibility and Executive Presence Strong corporate profile Business-oriented communication (avoids excessive technical jargon) Ability to engage with all levels within client organizations Adecuado Experience Profile ~3–7 years of B2B sales experience ~ Experience in related industries such as: ~ Energy (preferred)~ Construction / Industrial ~ Capital equipment (machinery, HVAC, etc.)
