Requirements Solid hands‑on experience with a browser automation framework such as Playwright, Cypress, or WebdriverIO (TypeScript or JavaScript preferred) Experience with accessibility testing using tools such as Axe‑core, IBM Equal Access, or equivalent, with working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 Experience with visual regression testing using tools such as Applitools Eyes, Percy, or comparable solutions Ability to read and interpret UX/UI design specs (e.g., Figma, Storybook, or similar) to derive test cases Comfortable working in agile/scrum environments — grooming, sprint reviews, and daily standups Strong defect reporting and documentation skills Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make sound technical decisions without close oversight Track record of scaling or improving an automation strategy, not just maintaining one Nice to have Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar) Familiarity with design tokens and component‑level visual testing Knowledge of manual accessibility validation using screen readers (e.g., NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS) to complement automated checks Experience with API test automation (REST/GraphQL) using tools such as Postman, RestAssured,
