We are growing and looking for a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to support residential, commercial, and agricultural projects across the U.S. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate estimates, competitive proposals, and clear communication with clients and internal teams.Key Responsibilities Read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction plans for homes, commercial buildings, barns, and agricultural structures.Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates including materials, labor, and timelines.Develop clear, well-structured cost proposals aligned with project scope and requirements.Coordinate directly with clients to clarify project needs and address technical questions.Manage emails, calls, and follow-ups with clients in a professional manner.Prepare supporting documentation, cost breakdowns, and technical reports.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, engineering) to validate pricing and execution plans.Maintain organized and up-to-date project information, estimates,



and documentation.Technical Skills & Requirements Strong ability to read and interpret construction and architectural drawings.Previous experience in cost estimating or proposal preparation (construction or related industry).
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
Proficiency using Adobe PDF tools (annotations, measurements, markups).
General understanding of construction processes and terminology (preferred).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Soft Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong client-facing and coordination abilities.High attention to detail and analytical mindset.Confidence explaining technical concepts in a clear way.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
