Position Overview
We are looking for a Product Owner – Salesforce CRM to lead strategic initiatives within a CRM program, focusing on the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Datorama / Marketing Cloud Intelligence).
In this role, you will act as the functional owner of initiatives, bridging business vision, strategic priorities, and execution. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to define the "what" and "why," ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
You will play a key role in leading end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to go-live and hypercare, ensuring value delivery, traceability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the functional definition and ownership of CRM initiatives across Salesforce platforms.
• Gather and document business requirements, defining AS-IS / TO-BE processes.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.




• Manage and prioritize product backlog in Jira, aligning with business goals.
• Design and validate functional solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Datorama.
• Identify dependencies across integrations, data, security, and architecture.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Define reporting requirements, dashboards, and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and coordinate UAT processes, ensuring solution quality before go-live.
• Support deployment, hypercare, and stabilization phases.
• Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, program leadership, and delivery teams.
• Provide strategic decision-making on scope, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Drive continuous improvement and evolution of the CRM roadmap.
Qualifications
• 5–8 years of experience as Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar roles in CRM projects.
• Strong experience with Salesforce ecosystem:
Service Cloud (mandatory)
Sales Cloud
Marketing Cloud
• Proven experience leading functional initiatives across multiple modules.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, backlog structuring,



and process documentation.
• Experience leading or coordinating UAT processes with business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Datorama / Marketing Cloud Intelligence
• Knowledge of Data Cloud
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, and middleware
• Experience in multi-country or large-scale CRM programs
Certifications (Preferred):
• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
