Job OverviewSTX Next is a integral IT consulting company specializing in customer-focused software services.We are a team of 500 professionals dedicated to helping customers build outstanding products by leveraging the latest advancements and a passion for innovation.Role: Senior Fullstack Developer (Golang + React)Type of contract: B2B contract for flexibility and competitive compensation.Location: Remote work model encouraging work-life balance; work from anywhere in Mexico.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement high-throughput APIs (REST/gRPC) within the Go ecosystem.Build reusable, strictly typed components using React and TypeScript.Optimize systems for low latency and high concurrency (Go routines, memory management, frontend rendering).
Drive engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, TDD, and mentoring within the team.Requirements5+ years of commercial experience in web application development.Deep understanding of Golang, including concurrency patterns (goroutines/channels) and the latest features (Generics).




Proficiency in building complex React apps with TypeScript.Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database optimization.A "test-first" approach (Unit/Integration) and a commitment to SOLID principles and Design Patterns.Minimum B2 English proficiency and ability to articulate technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Nice to haveHands-on experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers.Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
