Project OverviewWe are looking for a high-performing Senior Fullstack Developer to join a long-term initiative focused on modernizing and scaling a complex enterprise application.You will be part of a high-visibility squad dedicated to rebuilding core modules using a modern tech stack (.NET Core 6+ and React 18+).
The project involves solving high-concurrency challenges, ensuring data integrity across financial/operational workflows, and implementing a modular frontend architecture.As a Senior contributor, you will bridge the gap between robust backend services and intuitive, high-performance user interfaces.

Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect & Develop: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance services using .
NET Core 6+ and modern ReactJS patterns.Fullstack Delivery: Take ownership of features from database schema design with EFCore to frontend component implementation.Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and QA) to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.Technical Excellence: Participate in architectural discussions,



perform rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior/mid-level developers to maintain high standards.Continuous Improvement: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while optimizing the performance and reliability of critical system components.

Must-Have SkillsBackend Mastery: Advanced proficiency in .
NET Core 6 and above.Frontend Expertise: Strong experience with ReactJS 18 and modern hooks/functional components.Data Layer: Deep experience working with EFCore (Entity Framework) and SQL Server, including query optimization and schema design.Version Control: Solid understanding of Git and GitHub workflows (Pull Requests, branching strategies).
