Junior Sales Engineer

Location: Puerto Interior, Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico

Responsibilities:

- Provide support and follow-up to current customers
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, warehouse, quality) to ensure customer requirements are met
- Follow up on customer requests and resolve issues
- Support administrative activities within the sales area

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales (preferably in the manufacturing industry)
- Intermediate English level (communication skills required)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
