**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Develop, maintain, and evolve a robust, scalable design system aligned with product and business goals.

- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to create reusable components and standardized patterns.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design improvements and ensure optimal user experience.

- Implement and maintain documentation standards for design system usage, accessibility, and responsive design.

- Advocate for the design system's adoption and provide training, support, and onboarding to internal teams.

- Ensure alignment and consistency across all products from conception to implementation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues within technical constraints.

- Assist engineering teams in upgrading from React 17 to React 18.

- Stay current with design and technology trends to keep the design system innovative and effective.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in design systems, UX/UI design, and front-end development.

- 3+ years of experience with React, Vue, or Angular.

- Strong understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and usability best practices.

- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript).

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

- Portfolio demonstrating experience with design systems and component-based design.





**Role-specific Requirements**:

- Proven ability to guide teams in adopting design systems and front-end best practices.

- Experience upgrading front-end frameworks (e.g., React 17 React 18).

- Strong understanding of design documentation and developer handoff processes.

- Ability to balance aesthetic and technical requirements in scalable UI component design.
