Job SummaryWe are looking for an IDAM Business Analyst. This position is hybrid for Mexico City.ObjectivesSupport the Project Lead in scope definition by understanding the overall objective and constraints in the field of Identity and Access Management.Collect requirements and transform them into a structured and comprehensive work product.Define clear acceptance criteria which can serve as a comprehensive test set.Analyze Target Operating Model and implementation/migration approach to refine and validate scope and requirements and identify changes.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the initial feasibility study.Work closely with Business and IT stakeholders to gather functional and non‑functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Define the approach to requirements gathering, elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.Define the approach to data analysis and data cleansing.Create and document business processes using BPMN tools.Contribute to solution integration and implementation or migration strategy,



identifying new scope and requirements for parallel operation of as‑is and to‑be processes.Collaborate with change management to ensure new deliverables are adopted for the benefit of the organization.Analyze the impact and security risks of new service development on the current system, capitalize on existing security measures or mitigations, and identify benefit profiles.Facilitate communication between business, IT teams, and key contributors during project delivery.Define a test approach for the identified requirements to ensure the initiative delivers the expected solution.Participate in the validation of the solution through testing and ensure traceability of results.Update internal and external documentation to keep SOPs and training materials up to date.Drive and secure the operational readiness of the project solution.Required Skills and Qualifications3 to 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.Un
