Profile/Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, Microsoft Office applications, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in the energy sector or related industries is preferred, demonstrated track record of financial management, strategic planning, and business analysis.
- English is required, Chinese is a plus

Main Responsibilities:

- Financial Reporting & Month-End Close: Lead in the preparation of accurate monthly financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and a timely month-end close process (especially for project accounting).




- Financial Planning & Analysis: Contribute to the development of annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor ongoing actual performance against budget and provide insightful commentary. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Tax & Compliance: Develop and execute local tax strategies, ensuring full compliance with federal and state tax regulations (e.g., ISR, VAT, TP), ensure compliance with transfer pricing. Manage tax filings and optimize the company's tax position.
- Leadership: Managing a team of finance professionals.
- Risk Management: Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data, safeguard assets, and mitigate fraud and financial risks
