Responsibilities
The Platform & Solutions Sr. Analyst is a critical bridge between HR Technology and HR Operations, ensuring our systems not only function flawlessly but also deliver a seamless, intuitive experience for employees across the Americas. In this role,



you will be a key player in driving the People Solutions agenda, actively participating in the end-to-end lifecycle of regional HR technology initiatives. We are looking for a hybrid professional—someone who possesses technical expertise in managing enterprise HR platforms, but who equally understands the nuances of HR Service Delivery.
Your Impact

Project Implementation & Delivery: Requirement Gathering & Design – Partner with regional HR stakeholders to analyze operational pain points and translate business requirements into functional technology designs.
Testing & Validation – Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for regional initiatives, ensuring new modules, integrations, or configurations meet operational standards before go‑live.
Deployment & Hypercare – Provide critical, hands‑on support during system go‑lives, acting as the primary escalation point to resolve immediate post‑
