Summary

The Supervisor, Commercial Sales Support is responsible for leading and optimizing the commercial support function, ensuring alignment between sales, operations, and customer requirements. This role plays a critical part in enabling revenue growth, improving sales efficiency, and delivering a high-quality customer experience through structured processes, data accuracy, and team leadership.

Location: Mexico (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the Commercial Sales Support team, ensuring alignment with regional sales goals and business priorities
- Oversee end-to-end sales support activities including quotations, order management, and customer coordination
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial processes
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pipeline, order intake, and customer responsiveness
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and enhance customer satisfaction




- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data within CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
- Support sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management activities
- Act as escalation point for complex customer or order‑related issues
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement
- Identify opportunities for automation and digital tool adoption to improve commercial operations
- Ensure compliance with pricing strategies, approvals, and internal policies

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 6–10 years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, or similar functions
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management
- Experience working with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluent in Spanish and English
