Ser responsable de los servicios brindadospor Helpdesk y de los procesos de soporte. Responsable de KMI ́s del área de IT. Punto deescalación para todas las áreas de IT. Responsable de planear la estrategia y procesosde soporte. Colabora con áreas de soporte diferentes para mejorar entrega de servicio ysoporte al cliente integrando el soporte a soluciones de Helpdesk. Implementar controlesadecuados para administrar y mantener los inventarios de los activos de IT, contratos demantenimiento de equipo, licencias de software,



almacén y compras de IT de la división.Responsable de la planeación y mantenimiento de la infraestructura de IT asegurandoredundancia en los servicios de telecomunicaciones (voz, cableado y PBX, estacionescon red inalámbrica, MDF ́s, IDF ́s), etc. Garantizar un uso óptimo, mantenimiento,funcionamiento y actualización de la red, equipo de telecomunicaciones y sistemas queapoyan la red local y amplia, Firewalls, PBX, Red Inalámbrica. Desarrollar y mantenerproveedores para servicios y equipo, evaluando mejores opciones en términos dedisponibilidad, costos, escala de economía, etc.Conocimientos Caracterización estructural de materiales. Manejo de líneas de carburizado continuo con atmósfera controlada. Dominio de herramientas automotrices: PFMEA, DFMEA, Core Tools, SPC. Conocimiento avanzado de tratamientos térmicos en acero. Interpretación de dibujos técnicos. Metodologías de solución de problemas. Lean Manufacturing. Conocimientos en CQI-9. Procesos de enderezado, shot peen y limpieza láser. Software para medición de “cracks” en enderezadoras. Gestión de proyectos de reducción de costos.
