As Head of the Digital Grid Execution Center in Mexico City, you’ll lead an established team of technical experts while serving as the primary customer-facing leader for our Digital Grid portfolio. This role blends engineering expertise with a strong business development mindset — engaging directly with utility and industrial clients, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring successful project execution that supports the energy transformation in the Mesoamerica.How You’ll Make an ImpactLeading and developing an established team of engineers and consultants, fostering technical excellence, continuous improvement, and employee engagement while ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Acting as a strategic communication bridge, aligning local execution with Digital Grid Americas leadership and supporting informed decision-making.Engaging directly with utility and industrial customers, building trusted relationships and positioning our Digital Grid portfolio as the partner of choice.Driving sales initiatives and business development, identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and expanding the Digital Grid footprint in Mesoamerica.Promoting cross-segment collaboration,



enhancing operational effectiveness and ensuring cohesive delivery across teams.Monitoring market trends and reviewing KPIs, applying insights to strategies and reporting quarterly performance to the Head of Digital Grid Americas.What You BringUniversity degree or higher in engineering discipline.10 or more years of customer facing experience. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.A strong track record of leadership and strategic delivery in general companies, with solid knowledge of the energy transmission and Digital Grid market.Previous experience managing engineering or technical project teams in power grids or similar fields, demonstrating proven ability to lead, mentor, and deliver results.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus), with experience working in intercultural, globally distributed teams.Prior experience in business development or sales within the energy transmission, Digital Grid sector, and/or experience engaging with major utilities or industrial clients.Applicants must be legally authorized for employment without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.Some travel required (up to 20%, some in the US).RESUME MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH FOR CONSIDERATION .
