Our Finance organization oversees financial support for all areas of the company, as well as ensures processes meet the needs of our business. We have an excellent team with members who have gained diversified experience during their tenure in the company.This position is primarily responsible for all aspects of the commission process for the company’s sales personnel in the Americas. In addition, this role will serve as the general resource to ensure standard practices are being followed across the company.Essential FunctionsExecute monthly Commissions payments for Americas Sales region(s)Enter or modify Commission rates into CRM system based on the incentive planSet up new sales personnel / teams into CRM systemCalculate commissions and bonus payments to sales personnel based on commission plans both in the CRM tool and in Excel spreadsheets where applicableTrack achievement of commission bonuses and accelerated ratesAccrue expected commissions for month-end financial closePerform monthly reconciliations of commission accountsRespond to sales personnel queries regarding any aspect of quota attainment and/or commission paymentsParticipate in development of new Incentive plan structures each yearAssist with forecasting for commissions expense and explaining variances from planPerform cost analysis or modeling of alternative commission plan structures as neededKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detail – accuracy is criticalStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong problem solver who can work through challenging and frustrating issues with a positive attitudeStrong system skills (especially Excel, Salesforce) requiredHigh-energy individual with ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environmentAbility to work independently and take initiativeAbility to work cross-functionally and cross-regionallyStrong analytical skillsMinimum Education and Work Experience RequiredBS degree in accounting or business-related field5+ years of commissions experienceBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Location: PUNTO SUR, TLAJOMULCO DE ZUNIGA, JALISCO 45645, México
