On-Site Position in Mexico City Ventes has teamed up with a fast-growing company in the cannabis industry that is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive E-commerce & Digital Marketing Coordinator to support their digital growth.This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys combining e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and creative execution . You’ll play a key role in managing online channels, optimizing the customer experience, and ensuring all digital assets meet premium brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce & Website Management (Shopify)Manage day-to-day operations of Shopify websitesMaintain accurate product listings (SKUs, pricing, descriptions)Update digital catalogs on a biweekly basisTroubleshoot site issues and continuously improve UX and conversion ratesImage Retouching & Visual Asset ManagementEdit, retouch, and optimize product images using PhotoshopEnsure consistency in image quality, size, and format across platformsSupport the creation of banners and digital catalog visuals using existing assetsCreative & Digital MarketingDesign marketing assets (campaigns, ads, promotions)



using Adobe Creative SuiteManage and grow social media presence (especially Instagram)Plan and execute paid media campaigns, optimizing for performanceAnalysis & CoordinationAnalyze website traffic and sales performance to generate insightsSupport pricing, promotions, and campaign strategiesManage multiple projects and timelines effectivelyProvide coordination and administrative support to the sales team✅ RequirementsTechnical Skills:Strong experience with Shopify (required)Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills (retouching, image manipulation)Working knowledge of Illustrator and InDesignProficiency in Excel for reporting and analysisSoft Skills:Strong attention to detail and organizationAbility to multitask and manage prioritiesAnalytical and problem-solving mindsetCreative eye for design, branding, and visual consistency⭐ Nice to HaveExperience in e-commerce, retail, or B2B environmentsExperience with paid media and digital marketing campaigns
