Role ObjectiveLead regional treasury operations, ensuring efficient cash flow management and strong financial controls, while acting as the functional owner of the SAP Cash Management platform and driving automation and digital transformation initiatives across banking and financial processes.ResponsibilitiesTreasury Operations- Oversee daily treasury activities: payments, funding, FX, taxes, and investments.- Supervise a remote regional team, ensuring timely execution and compliance with controls.- Manage intercompany loans and banking relationships.- Coordinate monthly close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting.- Ensure operational continuity, process documentation, and strong internal controls.SAP & Technology- Act as the functional point of contact for SAP Cash Management.- Coordinate with IT teams to resolve incidents and implement system improvements.- Participate in SAP implementations/migrations (requirements definition, testing, stabilization).- Manage banking interfaces (SWIFT, host-to-host,



automated reconciliations).- Identify and drive automation and process improvement opportunities.Digital Transformation- Lead the digitalization of Bank Paperwork processes.- Optimize account management, signatories, KYC, and banking documentation workflows.- Enhance visibility, traceability, and efficiency of financial processes.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.- +6 years of experience in corporate treasury or financial institutions.- +3 years of experience leading teams or coordinating operations.- Strong functional experience with SAP.- Solid knowledge of treasury operations: payments, FX, intercompany, and closing processes.- Experience with banking connectivity (SWIFT, host-to-host).- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.Nice to have:- Experience in SAP implementation or migration projects.- Background in high transaction volume environments (e.g., retail).- Knowledge of Central American markets.- Experience in financial process automation/digitalization.- Familiarity with SOX controls and data analytics.
