Role Description This is a full-time, primarily on-site role for an Interior Architectural Designer based in San Pedro Garza García, Actual León. The Interior Architectural Designer will be responsible for developing interior design concepts, preparing technical drawings and specifications, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and supporting the execution of high-end residential projects from concept through installation.This role requires a strong balance of creativity and technical ability, with involvement in space planning, material and finish selection, furniture layouts, detailed AutoCAD drawings, SketchUp modeling, and client presentations. The candidate will also collaborate closely with the internal team, clients, and construction teams to ensure each project is delivered with a high level of design quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field- 2–4 years of experience in interior design,



preferably in high-end residential projects- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office- Revit knowledge is a plus, but not required- Strong technical drawing and detailing skills- Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction processes- Ability to create moodboards, presentations, furniture layouts, and finish selections- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with high-end clients and suppliers- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and project deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and consultants is a plus- Knowledge of local construction processes and site supervision is preferred- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
