PACIFICO AREA | ON SITE POSITION TIJUANA B.C. | MRO Buyer Position We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate with experience in indirect purchasing and MRO environments. The adecuado candidate will have strong supplier management and negotiation skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, and a strong sense of urgency to support operational needs. A solid understanding of ERP systems, cost analysis, and cross-functional collaboration is key to success in this role. Responsibilities # Procurement of MRO & Indirect Materials # Source and purchase maintenance, repair, and operational supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations. # Supplier Management & Performance # Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) and drive improvement initiatives. # RFQs & Negotiation # Lead bidding processes, analyze quotes, and negotiate pricing and service conditions.



# Purchase Orders & Expediting # Manage requisitions and POs, follow up on deliveries, and resolve discrepancies. # Cost Optimization & Spend Analysis # Identify savings opportunities, support sourcing strategies, and optimize indirect spend. Qualifications B2 or higher level of English proficiency (spoken and written) ERP Systems (Epicor preferred) Purchasing & Supplier Negotiation Cost Analysis & Spend Management RFQ / Sourcing Process Management Understanding of Indirect Procurement & MRO Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Organization & Attention to Detail Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities Proactivity & Sense of Urgency
