Source and attract qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needs Coordinate directly with hiring managers and the Human Resources department Support fast-paced decision-making to meet immediate hiring demands Actively participate in a fast-moving hiring process, where 60 to 70 candidates typically arrive each morning and may be hired to start the same day Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume environments Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
