**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with international teams and internal clients to create design solutions.
- Generate design concepts as an individual and as part of a group, clearly articulating those ideas internally and with clients in a confident and convincing way.
- Use InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Express and Adobe Workfront on a regular basis to update assets or create original content.
- Design a wide range of marketing communications (B2B, B2C, and Internal).
- Design of catalogs, brochures, flyers, ads, electrostatic, manuals, OOH, packaging, etc.
- Design of advertising campaigns, internal campaigns and visual support required.
- Design of graphic materials for exhibitions and activations.
- Design of digital marketing assets.
- Demonstrate problem solving skills and innovation: ability to work through a challenge to completion.
- Undertake artwork to the client's brief and exacting standards.
- Ensure that the visual resource complies with the parameters and guidelines established by the brand.
- Image retouching and image manipulation.
- Presenting creative concepts to clients with storytelling skills.




**Requirements and Preferred Skills**:
- Graduated in Graphic Design.
- 5 - 7 years of Experience.
- Ability to create print-ready production files.
- Must be an outstanding designer with a clear grasp of layout, color theory, and typography.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent communications skills (spanish / english).
- Excellent follow-through, attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Keys to Success**:
- Exceptional Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are required.
- Experience using Adobe Work Front.
- Knowledge of Adobe Express.
