Job Description

You will work as part of the Global Supply chain planning organization where you will partner with partners to help run a successful and multicultural team within a global matrix framework organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee planning team responsibilities for NA/LA factored finished goods teams, ensuring we have an uninterrupted supply to global distribution centres
- Manage the teams overall inventory performance against defined targets (service level, DOH, obsolescence, and working capital) using established planning and inventory control systems




- Identify risks and define mitigation actions with partners and share awareness to leadership levels
- Review and lead teams supplier performance (OTIF, lead time adherence, responsiveness), leading corrective actions where required
- Be the 2nd level escalation point for supply constraints and supplier performance issues within your scope
- Improve planning team within scope, review performance trends and our needs and link with correct teams where needed.
- Maintain direct reports, providing functional guidance and periodic check in's
- Lead or contribute to cross‑functional, multicultural projects focused on service, cost, and inventory optimization
- Champion lean and continuous improvement initiatives, delivering measurable cost savings and waste reduction

The Essentials – You Will Have

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in supply planning, materials management, or factored sourcing environments
- Strong hands‑on expereince in MRP, inventory management, and production planning principles
- 5+ years of experience with end‑to‑end supply chain processes, firstly planning including sourcing, logistics,



and distribution

The Preferred – You Might Also Have
- Experience leading teams or acting as a functional lead in a planning or supply chain organization
- Demonstrated success in driving supplier performance improvements and executing process improvement initiatives
- Experience working in complex, global, and multicultural supply chain environments
- APICS (CPIM/CSCP), PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent professional certifications
