Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Management:

- Own end-to-end delivery of IT software services projects across development, maintenance, and support engagements.
- Ensure delivery commitments are met in terms of scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Manage multiple projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and standards.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.

Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client delivery escalations.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular governance meetings, status reporting, and executive updates.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-sell, and up-sell.

Team Leadership & Resource Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, architects, DevOps, and support engineers.
- Plan resource allocation, utilization, and capacity management.
- Mentor and coach team members to improve performance and career growth.
- Promote a high-performance and collaborative team culture.

Project & Program Governance:
- Define project plans, milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and quality standards.
- Track project progress using project management tools.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure compliance with organizational delivery frameworks and best practices.

Financial Management:
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, revenue tracking, and cost optimization.
- Ensure profitability through efficient resource utilization.
- Support pricing strategies, estimations, and financial planning.





Quality & Process Excellence:
- Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO, CMMI, ITIL, or internal frameworks.
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and delivery efficiency.
- Drive automation and best practices across development lifecycle.

Pre-Sales & Solution Support:
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, estimations, proposal reviews, and client presentations.
- Provide technical and delivery inputs for RFP/RFI responses.
- Collaborate with sales teams to win new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong experience in IT software services delivery management
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience managing distributed and integral teams
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting
- Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ServiceNow
- Knowledge of cloud, digital, and enterprise technologies is preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience managing IT services in industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, or Technology
- Experience handling offshore-onshore delivery models
- Exposure to DevOps, Cloud, Data, AI, or Digital transformation projects
- Experience in managing large programs or multiple accounts

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, ITIL are advantageous

Typical Experience Range:
- 10–16 years of IT industry experience
- 5+ years in delivery or program management roles
