Job Description:
What will you do?
- Consolidation and analysis of data for the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
- Development, automation, and maintenance of dashboards to monitor critical KPIs.
- Participation in continuous improvement initiatives across planning and manufacturing processes.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, process alignment, and operational efficiency.

- A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel (knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus).
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong desire to learn operational and manufacturing processes.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to a dynamic environment.

You will report directly to the SIOP Leader and collaborate closely with:
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Operations Leadership
- Quality Engineering
- Supply Chain Performance Leader
- Project Management
- IT / Digital Transformation (where applicable)
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work on multiple projects, manage priorities effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams.
