Integral Operations Trainee

Reports directly to the ... and plays a key role in the team.

Responsibilities & Duties

- Collaborate closely with operations experts to implement and sustain lean methodologies.
- Support the ramp‑up of our world‑class manufacturing system, providing essential assistance.
- Ensure smooth coordination and alignment of project activities through outstanding communication skills.
- Analyze operational challenges and work with regional teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Travel regularly to customer sites and our production plants to gain practical experience.
- Support day‑to‑day operational activities and focus on production and quality control systems.
- Learn and participate in maintenance and supply chain activities.
- Gather and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Participate in internal training programs focused mainly on lean principles and operational excellence.
- Be a safety‑focused leader.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency at a regional level.

Qualifications

- University degree (minimum BSc) in process, mechanical,



electrical engineering or a related field.
- Previous professional experience or internship in manufacturing operations and lean methodologies.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written); additional languages such as Portuguese or German are a plus.
- Data analytic skills and strong affinity with Microsoft Excel (Power BI is nice‑to‑have).
- Eager to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Pragmatic problem‑solver and strong communicator.
- Agile, open‑minded, and embracing change.
