Accounts Payable Associate - Hybrid - Mexico City

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join our Finance Operations team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate administration of the global corporate credit card program while delivering a high standard of service to internal stakeholders across regions.

This is an opportunity for a detail driven finance professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and takes ownership of their work.

You Will Be Doing

- Overseeing global corporate credit card administration with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Managing multiple regional inboxes and responding professionally to internal customers.
- Following established processes, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
- Working confidently across multiple systems, dashboards, and banking platforms.
- Completing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks independently and within agreed timelines.
- Communicating clearly, escalating issues where appropriate, and providing ongoing support to cardholders.
- Maintaining organised documentation and ensuring SharePoint records remain accurate and up to date.
- Contributing positively within a fast-paced Accounts Payable environment.

The Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.



Ideally part qualified accounting technician certification or similar.
- 2+ years of experience in a finance role with exposure to reconciliations and transactional finance processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and solve problems effectively. Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong communicator with a positive mindset, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative team approach. Adaptable, agile, and motivated to continuously learn.
