email and faxProvide professional service to third‑party verifiers and applicantsHandle Personal Identifying Information confidentially and responsiblyInteract with companies from all over the United StatesMake outbound calls to gather information and confirm that the information is correctLog clear and detailed notes documenting research steps and actions taken on screeningAnalyze collected data and personal documents and evaluate their relevance and applicabilityPrepare accurate and grammatically correct screeningsMaintain a personal performance level that meets or exceeds the established production and quality goals of the departmentQualificationsExpert computer skills (Internet Searches, Database Lookups)Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including high proficiency or fluency in EnglishExcellent problem‑solving skillsAbility to work independently and problem‑solveEnergetic, self‑motivated, and detail‑orientedAbility to manage multiple priorities using time‑management and organization skillsTeam player with the ability to work with a wide variety of people in local and remote locationsEducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredWe are an equal‑opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
