Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Guadalajara, Mexico Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Public Relations Specialist will be responsible for drafting and distributing press releases, building strong relationships with media outlets, and executing strategic communication plans. The role includes developing and managing public relations initiatives, coordinating media inquiries, and enhancing EMC2’s public image through effective communication and media outreach. Qualifications Proficiency in drafting Press Releases and crafting clear, compelling messages Strong skills in Public Relations, Media Relations,



and cultivating relationships with journalists and media outlets Experience in Communication and the ability to deliver impactful messaging Expertise in Strategic Communications and developing effective PR campaigns Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Demonstrated organizational and project management skills Prior experience in engineering or infrastructure sectors is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred Job Description As the Head of Investor Relations, you will manage strategic communications with investors to ensure alignment between their interests and the company's objectives. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial reports, developing strategic presentations for investors, analyzing financial and market data, and providing support in planning investment initiatives. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model, based in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area, Mexico, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work. Requirements Proficiency in investor relations and investment management, including the ability to manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Advanced knowledge of finance and strong analytical skills to effectively interpret and present financial data. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to convey clear and persuasive information to diverse audiences.
