We’re hiring a senior IBM Sterling OMS Architect for a leading general retail company. This role owns end-to-end OMS architecture in a high-volume B2C omnichannel environment.
Key Focus Areas
• IBM Sterling OMS architecture & design
• Order orchestration, inventory & fulfillment
• EDD / ATP frameworks (critical)
• Advanced sourcing & routing (BOPIS, ship-from-store)
• Integrations with SAP, WMS, POS, carriers
• API-led & event-driven architecture (Kafka / MQ)
• Performance, scalability & reliability
Requirements
• 12+ years with IBM Sterling OMS
• Deep OMS customization (APIs, UEs, pipelines)
• Strong retail / omnichannel experience
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
