We are seeking an exceptional and highly motivated individual to join our AI & Tech Accelerator Team as the

AI Tech Transformation Manager

n

. This pivotal role is not just about managing projects; it's about being the "face" and voice of our team, championing the adoption of AI and data solutions across L'Oréal Americas' ecosystem. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technological innovation and organizational readiness, ensuring that our ambitious AI and tech initiatives are seamlessly integrated and embraced by our diverse workforce worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

n

Strategic Change Management

n

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for AI and data-driven initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and high adoption rates across various business units and geographies.

n

Innovation Integration & POC Engagement:

n

Actively participate in fast-track Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) for emerging AI and tech solutions, providing strategic input on adoption pathways, change impact, and scalability to ensure successful transition from innovation to enterprise-wide implementation.

n

Global Rollout Leadership

n





Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of global rollouts for AI and tech solutions, working closely with regional teams to localize strategies and address specific market needs.

n

Organizational Enablement & Upskilling:

n

Drive the learning and development agenda, establishing robust relationships with internal L&D; teams to design and implement programs that upskill the organization in critical AI and data competencies. Identify learning needs and advocate for resources to build a future-ready workforce.

n

Communication & Advocacy:

n

Serve as the primary communication lead and ambassador for the AI & Tech Accelerator Team. Develop and disseminate compelling communications that articulate the vision, progress, and impact of AI and data initiatives to a global audience, fostering excitement and understanding.

n

Stakeholder Engagement & Global Influence:

n

Act as a key connector within the global data organization, building strong relationships with stakeholders across different zones (e.g., Americas) and global teams. Actively manage and enhance these global relationships, staying aware of general tool capabilities and roadmaps, and influencing their direction and prioritization where relevant to align with strategic transformation objectives. Facilitate collaboration and alignment on strategic roadmaps and initiatives.

AI Innovation & Self-Service Enablement:

n

Serve as a curious innovator and thought leader in generative AI applications. Lead efforts in prompt engineering, creating prompt libraries and best practices, and demonstrating the "art of the possible" with self-service AI solutions to empower employees and drive adoption.

Roadmap Awareness & Alignment:

n

Create awareness and understanding of both the Americas zone and global roadmaps for ongoing pipeline initiatives, ensuring transparency and alignment across all relevant parties.

n

Impact Measurement & Reporting:

n

Define clear metrics and report on the effectiveness of change management efforts, rollout success, and organizational readiness for AI adoption, demonstrating measurable business value.

n

Cultural Transformation

n

Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning, inspiring L'Oréal employees to embrace the opportunities presented by AI and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

n

Education

n

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) or a specialization in organizational change is highly preferred.

n

Experience

n

10+ years of progressive experience in Data/AI program leadership, change management or organizational transformation roles, with at least 5 years specifically focused on Data or AI-driven initiatives within a large, global enterprise.

n

Proven track record of successfully leading multi-country rollouts of complex technology solutions and driving high user adoption.

n

Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, ideally within consumer goods or
