About the Role

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong HRIS experience, Configuration experience UKG eTime / UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM), and the ability to support multi-country deployments across Latin America.

Requirements

Must to have

n

Proven hands-on configuration experience with UKG eTime / UKG Pro WFM, the most important configuration, support, and troubleshooting.

n

- Experience supporting multi-country HRIS implementations or deployments.
- Strong ability to work with regional stakeholders and translate business needs into system configurations.
- Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills required (English Advanced C1 & Spanish).

Nice to Haven
- Prior experience supporting HRIS systems in LATAM.
- Knowledge of labor regulations across multiple countries.
- Experience in sustainment, post-implementation support, or HRIS migrations.





Key Responsibilities
- To do configuration for UKG eTime / UKG Pro WFM across LATAM.
- Quickly learn and understand the current eTime configuration deployed across LATAM.
- Partner with LAC stakeholders to identify pain points in the current configuration.
- The initial deployment is closer to a migration, but identified issues may be reviewed and addressed.
- Support continued deployments for remaining LATAM countries.
- Ensure ongoing support for federal, state/province, and local regulatory changes.
- Maintain and adjust system configurations in response to policy changes.
