Position overview: We are looking for an Expert AI Engineer with deep expertise in Azure AI services to join the Microsoft Partnership Group at DataArt.
This strategic, hands-on role focuses on designing, implementing, and scaling AI-powered solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
You will work closely with clients, engineering teams, and Microsoft partners to drive cutting-edge innovations in AI, with a strong focus on enterprise value and cloud-native architecture.
- Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable AI solutions using Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Machine Learning, AI Search, etc.).
- Lead AI project architecture, prototyping, and deployment—ensuring robustness, performance, and alignment with client business goals.
- Collaborate with Microsoft to showcase DataArt's Azure AI capabilities through joint projects, partner certifications, and innovation programs.
- Guide data ingestion, model training, MLOps setup, and responsible AI governance on Azure platforms.
- Translate business problems into scalable AI solutions with measurable impact.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop AI service offerings and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
- Represent DataArt in external events, conferences, and Microsoft partner engagements.
- Provide technical leadership during pre-sales, client consultations, and architectural reviews.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to growing DataArt's AI & Azure communities of practice.
- Requirements: Proven track record of building and deploying AI/ML solutions on Azure.
- Deep understanding of Azure AI services: Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, Form Recognizer, Azure Cognitive Services, etc.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and prompt engineering.
- Strong software engineering background: Python,.
NET, or other relevant languages.
- Expertise in MLOps, CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, and cloud security for AI.
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices, ethical model deployment, and bias mitigation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to align AI initiatives with broader Microsoft ecosystem goals.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Nice to have: Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Experience working with Microsoft partner programs and technical certifications.
- Exposure to competing platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).
- Prior experience in consulting or client-facing AI solution delivery.
- German language proficiency is a plus (for specific regional engagements).
