Overview
Responsible for creating intuitive, user-focused experiences that enhance engagement and elevate the overall value of the product. Working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, this role involves shaping product vision through research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma. The designer will contribute to and evolve the company’s design system, ensuring consistency across interfaces, while conducting user research and usability testing to validate and refine design decisions. A strong advocacy for user needs, balanced with business and technical considerations, is central to this position.
Must-Haves

5+ years of experience in UX or product design, preferably within complex SaaS applications.
Mastery of Figma, including design systems and component libraries, is essential, along with a strong portfolio demonstrating user experience and visual design expertise.
Experience in the MarTech space and user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and testing is highly valued.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are required, while familiarity with accessibility standards is a plus.
