About the Role This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strongHRIS experience , Configuration experienceUKG eTime / UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM) , and the ability to supportmulti-country deployments across Latin America .Requirements Must to have: Proven hands-on configuration experience withUKG eTime / UKG Pro WFM , the most importantconfiguration, support, and troubleshooting .

Experience supportingmulti-country HRIS implementations or deployments . Strong ability to work withregional stakeholdersand translate business needs into system configurations. Comfortable working in aglobal, fast-paced environment . Bilingual skills required(English Advanced C1 & Spanish). Nice to Have Prior experience supportingHRIS systems in LATAM . Knowledge oflabor regulationsacross multiple countries.

or HRIS migrations .Key Responsibilities To doconfigurationfor UKG eTime / UKG Pro WFM across LATAM. Quickly learn and understand thecurrent eTime configurationdeployed across LATAM. Partner withLAC stakeholdersto identify pain points in the current configuration. The initial deployment is closer to amigration , but identified issues may be reviewed and addressed. Supportcontinued deploymentsfor remaining LATAM countries. Ensure ongoing support forfederal, state/province, and local regulatory changes . Maintain and adjustsystem configurationsin response to policy changes.Interested?
