We are looking for a hands-on IT Coordinator with strong leadership skills to take ownership of our IT operations and lead our current team.This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys both technical work (infrastructure & support) and team coordination, in a fast-paced call center environment.

What you'll do:• Lead and coordinate the IT team (support & infrastructure)• Ensure smooth daily IT operations across the site• Manage and optimize networks, servers, and systems• Support call center technologies (VoIP, CRM, WFM tools)• Handle escalations and critical incidents• Implement IT best practices, security, and processes• Work closely with leadership to align IT with business needs
