Mid-to-Senior Full Stack Web Developer (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing team. This role is adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications. You’ll play a key role in shaping our product and technology direction.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern full stack technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements.

Qualifications

- 4–8+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Must have experience working with TypeScript
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with ORMs such as Prisma or Sequelize.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and authorization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines,



Git, and GitHub workflows.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working full-time Monday–Friday and must be open to work occasional overtime as needed.

Nice to Have

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Vercel, or GCP).
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
- Background in performance optimization and security best practices.

Monday to Friday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
