We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to join a team responsible for developing and supporting software systems for Supply Chain services and warehouse management. The role focuses on building scalable, distributed systems and ensuring their reliability in production environments. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to production support and incident resolution. This is a hands-on role requiring strong backend expertise, ownership mindset, and experience working with high-load systems in cloud environments. Develop and maintain backend systems supporting Supply Chain and warehouse management services Participate in system design, architecture, and implementation of scalable and distributed solutions Define, scope, and estimate tasks and deliverables Ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable,



and well-tested code Perform both automated and manual testing to ensure software quality Document system architecture and design decisions Provide on-call support for production systems Perform incident triaging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular status updates 5 years of hands-on experience in software development Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot Solid background in SQL databases Proven ability to design and build RESTful APIs and microservices Hands-on knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., Kafka) Strong understanding of distributed systems and production environments Expertise in incident analysis and root cause determination Practical knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Kubernetes) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure tools (GitLab, Terraform) Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., New Relic, Splunk) J-18808-Ljbffr
