What the job looks like Lead Medical Excellence and Medical Compliance in LatAm, ensuring adherence to policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory frameworks. Manage the regional function and programs for Medical Information, Patient Support Programs (PSP), and Medical Science Liaisons (MSL). Act as a Global–Regional–Country liaison, translating and adapting global guidelines into effective local execution. Strategically contribute to establishing Medicine Brand Teams at general, regional, and local levels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy. Own the regional Medical Affairs budget, in close collaboration with Finance. What you'll bring to the table Advanced scientific academic background 5–8 years of experience in Medical Affairs Experience in leadership roles within Medical Affairs Advanced level of English Strong knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry High stakeholder management capability The role can be based in any country where Grünenthal has a legal entity: Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, or Chile.
