**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design end-to-end UX/UI for the web platform: including dashboards, upload flows, analysis results, and interactive tools.
- Develop and maintain design systems that scale across all product surfaces.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes using Figma.
- Design interfaces for data-dense features: including radar charts, annotated transcripts, comparison tables, and heat maps.
- Ensure seamless UX across diverse media types: video players, audio waveform navigation, image annotations, and transcript highlights.
- Optimize interfaces for progressive disclosure, helping users focus on key insights while offering drill-down functionality.
- Own design of core flows: campaign upload, AI-generated rewrite comparisons, benchmarking views, chat-based ad refinement, and SaaS standard pages (settings, billing,



onboarding).
- Contribute to UX patterns for comparison-first interaction and real-time AI feedback.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to prioritize usability and speed without compromising polish.

**Required Skills**:

- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proven experience designing internal tools or data-driven SaaS dashboards.
- Expertise in **Figma** for design, prototyping, and component libraries.
- Experience designing around multimedia content (video, audio, images) and annotated text.
- Deep understanding of information hierarchy, layout systems, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Strong visual design skills with a premium aesthetic, modern, professional, clean.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with political, advocacy, or issue-based communications.
- Experience designing annotation interfaces, comparison tools, or content editing flows.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or interaction with engineering teams around implementation.
- Experience with LLM-integrated interfaces or real-time feedback loops.
