Job DescriptionNet Electric is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EHS Specialist to ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations within the organization.
This role will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving EHS programs while promoting a strong safety culture across the plant.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and follow up on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programsEnsure compliance with Mexican regulations (STPS, SEMARNAT, Civil Protection, etc.)Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections across the facilityCoordinate EHS training programs for employeesInvestigate incidents and accidents, developing corrective action plansMonitor and enforce proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)Support internal and external EHS auditsMaintain updated EHS documentation and regulatory recordsCoordinate emergency response teams and drillsPromote a strong safety culture among employeesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial, Environmental Engineering,
