Your Purpose

As our Direct Cash Flow Manager for Treasury, you will be the architect of Bitso's liquidity and forecasting strategy across our global footprint. You will own the strategic and analytical vision of our cash position, mastering a complex liquidity lifecycle that bridges traditional fiat banking with the future of digital assets, including Crypto and Stablecoins.

Operating across a diverse multi-jurisdictional landscape-spanning the USA, Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Gibraltar, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina-your core mission is to build and govern a world-class Direct Cash Flow framework. You will take full ownership of designing and executing meticulous Weekly and Monthly Cash Flow models, alongside a robust 12-month Rolling Forecast.

Who You Are

- Cash Flow Architecture & Modeling: You are a master of liquidity management with a proven ability to build a robust Direct Cash Flow model completely from scratch. You will independently design, maintain, and update comprehensive Weekly, Monthly, and 12-month Rolling forecasts, consolidating complex data across more than 12 global entities.
- Multi-Asset Liquidity Mastery: You possess deep technical knowledge in managing and forecasting complex liquidity pools that combine traditional foreign exchange (fiat currencies) with digital assets (Crypto and Stablecoins). You understand the nuances of tracking these diverse assets to ensure accurate valuation and projection within your models.
- Execution, Reporting & Governance: You are highly hands-on and own the entire cash flow lifecycle. You establish the methodology, execute routine model updates, and deliver high-visibility reporting and variance analysis to leadership, ensuring absolute data integrity and accountability across our financial operations.
- Strategic Forecasting & Analytical Thinking: You serve as a key analytical partner for leadership and business teams. You apply critical thinking to translate operational plans into precise liquidity projections, proactively providing actionable insights to optimize capital allocation, manage burn rates, and ensure integral financial health.
- Cash Visibility & Infrastructure: You are adept at extracting and synthesizing data from a complex, multi-jurisdictional network of traditional banks, payment providers, and crypto exchanges.



You drive the optimization of treasury data flows so your models reflect accurate, real-time global balances.
- Stakeholder Influence & Autonomy: You thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. You navigate complex organizational structures with autonomy, effectively aligning Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Business teams to secure accurate data inputs and drive shared strategic goals around liquidity.

What you do

- Architect the Global Cash Flow: Design, build from scratch, and take full ownership of the Direct Cash Flow model. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining meticulous Weekly and Monthly cash flow tracking, alongside a robust 12-month Rolling Forecast.
- Consolidate Multi-Asset Liquidity: Manage the complex end-to-end forecasting lifecycle across more than 12 international entities. You will accurately model and consolidate a diverse portfolio of fiat currencies, Crypto, and Stablecoins into a single, unified global cash position.
- Establish Forecasting Governance: Create, communicate, and enforce standardized methodologies and data-collection policies for cash flow reporting. You will ensure absolute data integrity and alignment between regional operations and general treasury standards.
- Lead Variance & Insights Reporting: Deliver high-visibility reporting to senior leadership. You will conduct rigorous variance analysis (Actuals vs. Forecast) and provide actionable insights regarding cash burn, liquidity runways, capital efficiency, and multi-currency exposure.
- Strategic Liquidity Planning: Act as the primary strategic advisor on cash requirements. You will translate business roadmaps and product launches into precise liquidity projections, identifying potential funding needs or inefficiencies before they arise
- Automate Financial Modeling: Apply advanced financial modeling and data skills (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL, or Python) to automate manual data aggregation, eliminate redundancies, and build dynamic, real-time treasury dashboards.
- Optimize Global Cash Visibility: Navigate complex traditional banking and digital exchange networks to optimize data flows. You will ensure our reporting infrastructure captures accurate, real-time balances and global money movements across all jurisdictions.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central node for liquidity intelligence. You will manage complex relationships with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Product teams to gather accurate forecast inputs and align treasury projections with broader business goals.
- Web3 Cash Flow Integration: Seamlessly blend deep Crypto and Web3 knowledge into traditional treasury forecasting. You will master the complexities of tracking on-chain settlements, digital asset valuations,



and exchange liquidity within the cash flow model.
- Automation and AI: SQL, Python, AI and all tools that can be used to automate the process and build Dashboards.

Background

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative fields.
- 7+ years in Treasury, focusing on cash flow management and long-term financial planning.
- Proven experience managing Crypto assets and Stablecoins, including knowledge of institutional custody, wallets, and blockchain-based settlement.
- Strong experience in Global Cash Pooling, Banking Relationship Management, and proficiency in high-end TMS or ERP systems.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
