Job Description Our Client is seeking a mid-level Product Designer to manage UX and product design execution across their core platform. This role is suitable for a designer who can work independently, critically analyze workflows, and execute designs from start to finish while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Leadership for higher-level decisions. Responsibilities Own UX design for product features and workflows from concept through release. Design end-to-end user flows for complex, multi-step experiences. Identify UX issues and propose improvements proactively. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate and feasible implementation. Maintain consistency across product UX patterns and interaction standards.



Participate in product discussions and provide UX input early in the process. Required Experience and Qualifications 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer. Proven experience in managing features or workflows end-to-end. Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and user behavior. Ability to articulate and defend design decisions clearly. Comfortable working in complex, regulated, or high-stakes products (fintech, LegalTech, healthcare, or similar environments are a plus). Preferred Skills Experience with trust-, identity-, or compliance-sensitive workflows. Familiarity with design systems (using, maintaining, or contributing).
